Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling products or services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues promptly.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and market trends to management.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales-focused role, with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving client challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
